Shipping policy
How we ship
Our products are offered in limited batches. Some items are in stock and ready to ship; others are produced in small runs aligned to current demand and season. Availability can change quickly—when a batch closes or inventory sells through, the item may be temporarily unavailable until a future run.
Estimated delivery
When available, an estimated delivery date appears near the Add to cart button on the product page. That estimate reflects the item’s current status (in-stock or active batch window) and is the most accurate guide.
Typical U.S. timelines (for reference only; product-page estimate takes priority):
- Processing: [2–5 business days]
- Transit: [3–8 business days] after processing
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only (no international orders at this time).
Fair Shipping Promise
- We don’t make extra money on shipping & handling.
- Rates shown at checkout are pass-through carrier/fulfillment costs (plus applicable taxes).
- When possible, we display estimated delivery dates on the product page.
Tracking & split shipments
You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships (please allow 24–48 hours for scans to appear). To deliver faster, items in the same order may ship separately with their own tracking numbers.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need a change, contact us within [12 hours] of ordering.
Lost/late/damaged packages
If your package is marked Delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within [7 days] of the marked delivery date. We’ll help investigate and arrange a replacement when applicable.
